Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Srisol Chat account here (you can also do it in the app under Settings → Delete account).

What is deleted: your profile (name, photo, about), all messages you sent and received in your chats, all files you shared, your call records, your block list and your push-notification tokens. This cannot be undone.

What may be kept: safety reports about abuse may be kept for up to 90 days after they are resolved, to protect other users.

Forgot your password or cannot log in? Email support@yourdomain.com with your registered mobile number and ask us to delete the account. We may ask you to prove that the number is yours before we do it.
