Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-12

These terms are an agreement between you and Srisol Solutions for the use of Srisol Chat. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

1. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Use your own mobile number; do not pretend to be someone else.

2. Content rules (zero tolerance)

You are responsible for everything you send. You must not use the app to send, share or promote:

3. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can block any user and report any user or message from inside the app (open a chat, then the ⋮ menu or press and hold a message). We review reports and may remove content, warn users or permanently suspend accounts that break these rules. We may act without notice where the content is illegal or puts someone at risk. We may share information with authorities where the law requires it.

4. Calls

Voice and video calls depend on your internet connection and device. The app is not a replacement for a phone line and must not be used for emergency calls.

5. Your content and our licence

You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to store and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you message.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account or at the delete account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and Srisol Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content sent by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you other rights.
